Reversible pacemaker dysfunction in a patient with transient cardiac apical ballooning syndrome: a case report
admin Transient cardiac apical ballooning syndrome (TCABS) is diagnosed by transthoracic echocardiography demonstrating apical palsy with mitt ventricular (LV) apical ballooning and cured mid-to-basal LV systolic function, and mitt hunch catheterization display the epilepsy of momentous obstructive epicardial thrombosis arteria disease. Presenting symptoms are suggestive of an accent thrombosis syndrome and graph findings simulate accent myocardial injury. Right ventricular status has been reported. We exposit a housing of accent model pathology caused by the TCABS, which responded to standpat therapy.
