Bevacizumab in compounding with chemotherapy is today existence unnatural for the communication of cancerous gliomas. However, the venture of intracranial expel has restricted its ingest in patients requiring flooded anticoagulation for venous thrombosis. To set the country of using anticoagulation with bevacizumab, we conducted a retro analyse of our patients who were aerated with bevacizumab patch receiving anticoagulation. We reviewed their scrutiny records and imagery for signs of hemorrhage. In total, we had 21 patients who conventional anticoagulation and bevacizumab concurrently for a norm instance of 72 days. Eighteen patients had competent anticoagulation for venous thrombosis. There were no wiener lobar hemorrhages in some patient. Three patients had small, intraparenchymal hemorrhages on MRI, but exclusive digit enduring actually matured symptoms cod to the hemorrhage. None of these patients had matter medicine deficits from the hemorrhages. Two more patients had grounds of a secondary process in communication on noncontrast T1-weighted sequence, presumed to be petechial hemorrhages, without some clinical sequelae or progression. In contrast, heptad patients who had characteristic hemorrhages from bevacizumab were not on some anticoagulation. In this retro review, anticoagulation did not advance to some field hemorrhages and does not materialize to be a contraindication for play bevacizumab therapy. (Source: Neuro-Oncology)
