Wine with food

Beef served with red wine pinot noir to 18-20 degrees, and lamband chicken with rose wine chilled at 10 -12 degrees C.
Eating of pork served with crows, temperature 18-20 degrees C, or chilled homemade rose vine to 6-8 degrees C, with foam and servein large glasses.
Fish dishes  served with white wine.  Cooled to 10-12 degrees C,  and pour half of the large transparent glass with stand.
