40 grams of horseradish,
200 ml cream,
salt and white pepper in grain.
Stir in horseradish salt and freshly ground white pepper. Whip the cream well so you get a dense foam and slowly stir into it prepared horseradish stirring from the bottom up. English sauce served with boiled fish or chicken.
