500 g thin steaks of beef leg,

5 tablespoons oil,
8 small pieces of tomato,

1-2 teaspoons capers.

Fry finely chopped garlic and finely chopped onion in oil. Add thechopped tomatoes into thin slices.
Add a thin steak, a little hammer izlupane for meat, salt andcapers. Cover and leave to fry the meat over low heat for about 20 minutes. Then turn up the fire, but not much, and allow to thicken a little juice in which baked meat. It takes no longer than 15 minutes.
Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
