1.8 liters of milk, stewed cherries without kospice (800 g), 2 pieces of vanilla pudding, 180 g sugar, 120 g wheat semolina, orange peel, 2 vanilla sugar, 2 teaspoons lemon juice.
Put 1 liter of milk to a boil and add 120 g of sugar. Pan of milk off the stove, add semolina and orange peel. Continue cooking for about 5 minutes with constant stirring.
